How long does it take for shipping? Access-World-Products locates and finds the best quality items from all over the world. Since we source items from all over the world, orders typically take 10 to 14 business days to arrive in rare cases it could take a bit longer due to mail delays or customs delays. However, a lot of our clients do experience receiving their orders within 1 week! All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We strive for the best customer experience possible and customer service is a massive part of that. We will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as we can. As soon as we get the order out, you will be emailed a tracking number to keep track of your order.

Is this a fake site or a scam, why are your items so inexpensive? Our items are bought in bulk directly from major factories all over the world and we pass those savings along to you, that's why we have such low prices. I ordered S, M, L or XL or I ordered a size 10 shoe but my item says it's a size larger, why?
Items are sent out based on US sizes. There are cases where items may have a tag that shows a larger size but rest assured you will receive the size you ordered!

How do I know my payment is secure?
Access-World-Products retains the services of PayPal ( this is the world's biggest secure payment provider, it means that your orders are very secure! No need to worry. 

How do I track the orders? We will provide a link when your order is shipped so you can to track it. Also, you can track it here as well; or Please be aware, it can take 3 to 5 business days to for the tracking number to be available.

I ordered the wrong size, color or item, can I change the size? Yes! We offer sizing charts and sizes on all items. So please be sure to review those carefully. However, if you still ordered the wrong size, item or color let us know before we ship the item out so we can change it. Once the item has been shipped we cannot do anything, so please be careful in regards to sizing.

If my item is damaged or lost can I get a refund? Yes, we offer replacement or refund of your money if an item is damaged or lost. The item must meet the requirements; read return policy but make sure you contact us right away, and we will help you!

2.   Sizing And Shipping


Access-World-Products works very hard to locate the best quality of clothes, electronics, cell phone accessories, and cell phones. However, since most of our Items are come from all over the world the sizing can be different than the UK or the US, so please be sure to follow the sizing charts we provide on each item! We also recommend adding 2-3 cm of deviation which is what most retailers in the U.S. and globally typically recommend as well.

After your order has been shipped you will get another confirmation e-mail along with your tracking number. Our customers receive their items anywhere between 10 to 14 business days. Most of our clients receive their items within 1 week or less! However, in very rare cases your item can take longer than 14 days if it is held up in customs or if there is a mail delay, so be aware of this situation prior to ordering. You will receive your items. Our reputation is very important, so we will make sure that you always receive your items! Also, you should not forget that we have a delivery guarantee on all orders.
